Meet Anne

Hi! I'm Anne Schriner, a Certified Executive Chef and Dietitian Technician, Registered.

I have a true passion for food, nutrition, and the Culinary Arts and created Mousse Tracks Cooking to help kids learn the life skill of cooking.

At Mousse Tracks Cooking, we focus on hands-on learning and practice skills. We will juice, chop, blend, bake, and cook our way through our fun kid themed recipes that kids can replicate at home. Our classes will help develop a strong-foundation in cooking skills, techniques, food safety, nutrition, and we will do it all as kids build self confidence as they get increasingly independent in preparing our recipes.
